Working principle

• Put the material into the corrugated belt conveyor silo, because of the transverse partition plate and the vertical edge on both sides of the corrugated belt, in the process of operation, will drive the material to the upper end, when the sticks are over the height of transverse partition plate of the corrugated belt, the material will fall back to the root of the silo, which will be driven by the next partition to ensure the uniformity of the material.
• While the arranging machine runs(see picture below), and the lower vibration motor starts to work. The sticks on the conveyor belt falls into the distributor in the upper bin of the U-shaped trough plate of the arranging machine. The steel bar on the distributor begins to shake, and the falling sticks are evenly spread out after shaking, and then placed into the U-shaped groove of the distributor. Due to the reason of slope and vibration, the sticks goes down to the accelerating roller(at the end of discharging port of the machine) at a uniform speed. Since the accelerating roller is set at the tangent position at the bottom of the U-shaped groove and operates at high speed, the sticks are suddenly accelerated and collides with the front baffle of the roller, and the sticks fall into the lower conveyor belt horizontally, and then are slowly sent away until it is squeezed in parallel at the end of the outlet bin.
